Thanks, I found in the manual it said just dont exceed 65mph for the first 1,000 km (600 miles). Didn't see anything about rpms.

I just purchased a new 5 speed Mazda 3 S. Can anyone let me know the specs for breaking in the engine? In the past I have been told no higher than 3-4rpms for a certain number of miles etc. Has anyone heard anything about this particular car? Thanks for the help.
