I keep getting this code everytime my CEL comes on and when I scan it with my OBDII tool it comes out to P0140. I checked it in the codes and says: P0140 O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 2) Is this the O2 sensor for the exhaust manifold or the one on the midpipe?

So my girlfriend has a Mazda6 S V6 and she told me her CEL came on. I have an OBDII scanner and checked it came out to be code P0301. I checked the codes list and it says - P0301 Cylinder No.1 misfire detected Flash / ON 1 or 2 Misfire. What could cause this? How can I fix this?
