sounds like maybe air getting into the pipes somewhere. maybe a hole large enough to let air in, but small enough not to leak any gas. Maybe also a small blockage in the pipes.

lol.... i loved it.... then again i have grown up with trains and around trains all my life.... and it is a crazy thing to see when someone blows a horn miles away from any train track...

heres some pics of when we first got it.... its a nice shade of yellow and grey (around the bottom of the doors) now, as we had to cut a heap of rust out of them and bogged them up. The front view of it is my avatar.
