    Make your own ground... and if that doesn't work, run a new line from the battery (fused).... should get rid if the noise... the deck and power mirrors are likely creating a ground loop... so a new ground wire should break it and allow the mirrors' ground's path of least resistance not go to...

    try to find someone with a melissa analyzer to spec out an enclosure size for you. You may just find that your enclosures just need a port or something.
