Can't set assistant volume anymore (CX-5 Android Auto)

Ok, so I finally managed to adjust assistant volume by immediately turning the volume knob after activating it. You have to catch it quickly! Poor UX.

CX-5 Fuel economy and range all over the place

Yeah I guess the Turbo will always get the worst mpg.

CX-5 Fuel economy and range all over the place

Damn this is so unfair! Did Mazda improve fuel economy that much in 5 years?

For the lifetime of my vehicle, I've always been around 22mpg average. However, I do mostly city driving.

    2019 CX-5 Auto-lock behavior

Just an update, the way I get around this now is I don't completely close the driver side door if I need to open some other door to retrieve some items. Only once I've got everything I go back and close the driver side door and auto-lock kicks in when I walk away. I totally get the hostility...

The other possibility is a flaw in the braking mechanism that causes the stutter.

    When to replace tires?

Currently at 5/32" on all 4. Do I just wait until I hit 2/32" and then start the process of buying new tires or should I do that at 3/32"? I'm still on OEM Toyo's. 14K miles after 4.5 years.

    2019 CX-5 stuttering wipers

So an update, I just had my wiper inserts replaced at the Mazda dealer. The driver's side wiper stuttering at the end during rain sensing mode. The new OEM wiper inserts are thicker than before, like Bosch. I'm beginning to think it's a design flaw with the wiper arm or the curvature of the...

'Voice commands are not available at the moment' - Android Auto

2019 CX-5, using wired USB connection with Pixel 6, Android Auto. I tried the usual suggestion of clearing Google & Android Auto cache, restarted the phone. Restarted the car multiple times, no luck so far. I figure it can't be a bad cable or USB port because all the rest of Android Auto works.

    Mazda Connected Services question

Yuck. Only 3 years and they track you. I'm surprised that they haven't added individual tire pressure readings on the dashboard.

What did you pay for your CX-5?

Paid $45K on the nose in 2019 with the top trim, taxes and extended warranty. Because of WFH since March 2020, I only have about 11K miles on it.

What did you pay for your CX-5?

I regularly get offers to buy my CX-5 from the nearest dealership. Of course they aren't going to pay anything that is worth my while to get a new CX-5.

CX-5 Android Auto / Apple CarPlay

I've noticed in the last few months, Android Auto works a lot better. Most of the time whatever I was listening to is automatically resumed just seconds after plugging my phone in.

    Higher mileage CX-5's

I have no chance of ever getting my CX-5 to high mileage, especially since I shifted to permanent WFH in March 2020. Which is fine, it just means that my CX-5 has a chance to have smoother running with less repairs for the actual duration I'll own it.
