New CX-5, high pitched whine at 80 km/h (50 mph)

I just noticed my 19 signature doing this around 80km/hr (50mph) there’s a very faint whine that is alleviated by easing off the gas. As soon as I step slightly on the gas, the sound comes back. not really noticeable at other speeds which is bizzarre. Did you figure out what the issue was?

Plastic Covering the instrument cluster - 2019 Signature

Thanks! I'll talk to my dealer about it the next time I'm in! Only I can see it, but it's one of those things - once you know its there, your eyes always gravitate to it. lol

Plastic Covering the instrument cluster - 2019 Signature

So, I posted here a while back about unremovable stains on the instrument cluster that I BELIEVE now were caused by drips from a spray bottle of my favourite window cleaner. Does anyone know if the plastic that's covering the main instrument cluster can be easily replaced? Or, is it a part...

CX-5 Turbo models have bigger brakes

Woah woah.. You mean to tell me that there's a spare tired on this car that cannot be used ON this car in any tire position? Or am I reading this wrong?

    2019 CX-5 Signature Infotainment Issues

Make sure you only do it @JB20 if you feel really comfortable. You can mess up your car pretty bad if you don't.

Cross shop CX-5 with 2022 Hyundai Tucson?

When I went searching for my next new-vehicle in early 2019, I went to the Toronto Car Show and sat in all the comparable vehicles to what I was looking for. I could *not* find a vehicle in with any autombile manufcaturer that came anywhere near as close in terms of fit and finish and interior...

2018 Mazda CX-5 jerky at low speeds

I noticed the TSB doesn't cover non-cylinder deactivation vehicles but a lot of people here are reporting this for non-CD vehicles.. myself included. Has anyone outside of the cylinder deactivation vehicles been able to use the TSB at a dealer to get it fixed? Thanks!

    Infotainment ver. 74.00.230A

After a week or so with the new 74.00.230 update, I can say that the infotainment system boots up significantly faster than it did pre-update. Apple Carplay is MUCH faster to load too. Everything seems great so far on my 2019 Signature.

    Infotainment ver. 74.00.230A

So, to answer my own question above, I did the update today. Like others, 25-30 minutes total time, and everything went smooth. Car upgraded to 74.00.230 no problems. 2019 Signature, in Canada for others who might have any questions. I'm probably going to do my buddies 2020 GT too.

    Which Aerospace 303 to purchase?

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PRODUCT. I somehow managed to get a few drops onto the clear plastic on the odometer/instrument cluster, and now I cannot get rid of the dots. They're permanently there, I recommend putting a cloth over the instrument cluster and the heads up display (if you have one), or...

    Firmware 70.00.367A

.367A fixed most, if not all, of the issues I was having. I have only had 1 or 2 Sirius drop outs over the past few months since it came out.. compared to monthly before. Depends on the vehicle, and years.

    Annoyed - Dealership Service!

I've had major issues with my local dealership. From poor service, to being lied to about service being performed (when it wasn't), and I've also had issues where they provided the post-service checklist showing fictitious air pressure values that don't correspond with the actual pressure in...

    CX-5 interior, cleaning product recommendations?

I'm agreeing with others on the 303 products - definitely something very useful. Does NOT leave a glossy shine, but seems to be great at repelling dust for a few weeks after application too.

    Power Mirrors in the Winter

Sometimes that's not entirely possible at all at an almost completely full parking lot. I always tend to park away from the crowd in less-populated parking spots, but that's not always possible either.
