Mechanic says I need a new master cylinder. I was looking them up on RockAuto and see some that say 4 wheel ABS and others that say w/o ABS. Question I have is that if the car originally has 4 wheel ABS why would one choose a master cylinder without ABS? Unless I'm missing something here?

There is a part, I'm thinking a mount, or support or the like, for the battery in my car that's very corroded. I've included a pic. I'm trying to see if I can replace that part as it's degraded pretty bad.
