Had to get a new key fob programmed today at the dealer. Mechanic said front brakes need to be done: new pads and turn rotors @ $384. Told service advisor I can do all 4 sides with pads and new centric rotors for $350 at home. Needless to say, I said no thank you. Lol

Just did coolant flush and fill x 2. Transmission fluid change x 2. But I consider that stuff maintenance.

Thanks everybody. Will just pick the middle of the torque range and be done with it. Weird how mazda does the range thing. I asked at the auto parts store and they couldnt tell the specs either.

Anybody? I found a range of torque settings in the mazda repair manual, but has anybody done this and can give me a set number for each of the bolts? Or do I split the difference in the range from the manual? Thanks again.

Have a 2017 CX-5 GT. Doing front and rear brakes with rotors and pads this weekend. Does anybody know what the torque settings are for the caliper slide pin and caliper bracket bolts? Thanks in advance.

Have a 17 GT. 42,000 miles on the odometer. I do amsoil oil/filter changes every 10k. Blackstone report looked good at 30k. No issues. Probably one more tire rotation before I put new ones on at the end of the summer.
