I'm considering a diesel remap for my 2013. When I've taken the car in for a service with a mazda dealer, invariably, one of the functions performed is, "ECU/software updates" If there was a new update from mazda, would that erase any ecu remap I'd received from a tuner?

I do have a 2013 UK diesel and the plastic roof channel slide covers only show 1 hole each end. I don't have rails or cross bars, so I'd like some pointer on robust and reliable makes for cross rails(?) and roof boxes. Thanks

what wire route did you use down to the cigarette lighter power and how did you secure the wire to pillars, etc?

I have the 19s and am wondering whether 17s would be less harsh and/or road noise quieter? The number of smooth asphalt roads I travel on seems to be much fewer these days. i don't do corners, so don't worry about lateral performance.
