Thank you for your response. The head was tested by a specialist and again by Mazda themselves. Until they pull the engine apart, they will not know whether it is the gasket or the head itself.

Thank you for your response, however I have been assured that the radiator was bled of all air, pressure tested etc. Mechanic is known to us with our other vehicles having been serviced by him with outstanding history. I doubt this is his issue.
