I forgot to respond but I did eventually get the hitch and installed it in about 45 minutes. There are 6 holes under the trunk. 4 for mounting and 2 to help get the bolt and washer on the top side of the hole and sticking out underneath. After all 4 bolts are sticking out through the holes...

Well the idea is that the trunk is then still accessible. For longer road trips you can have full access to your trunk without having to dismount the bikes every time.

It took me about 45 minutes to install with some assistance from my wife. She helped me hold it up while I tightened everything. aussiemano9
