Anyone figure this out cuz Im having the exact same issue. started with fouled spark plug #4 misfiring. Changed all spark plugs and wires. Drove fine for about 2 weeks then the idle issue as described above started. At stop light idle holds at 700 and dips to 400 or so and engine recovers...
