Are the key fob portion of the these two vehicles interchangeable? can I program a mazda 6 key to work a cx7? It seems logical but the standard procedure is not having an effect. Curious is all, I bought a 30$ mazda6 fob by mistake and own a cx7.
From what I understand and I R new here but if you have no keys to program off of you must go to dealer as they have 'dealer only' hardware that will program new key fob.
