It has definitely been replaced and it was done at the dealer (as the car did not have an inspection sticker when I purchased it). I am looking for them to take care of it as we speak. I will update when I receive word. Thanks for the input.

I just purchased a 2008 CX9 Sport and a noise has started in the upper corner of the driver side windshield. It is a "cracking" noise when I am driving. The noise stops when I push my palm against the windshield but obviously this is not a solution. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance. -Michael
