yea the car still has splash guards but it seems to run worse in the rain then it does in dry weather and it does have a bog or hesitation at higher rpms im gonna try plugs and wires but i dont know were i could get the car tuned around were i live

i checked it out it looks kinked but actually thats a plastic L fitting and as for the T it keeps going strait not sure what its going into yet but were it turns left just has a small tube and a screw in the end
