Thanks man, It was taking me crazy. Sometimes I have to switch from Mazda to iPod dock but it works. Do you know if there is a kind of priority to set or I've to switch manually?

Yes but I mean at the same time. Could you try to listen music through Bluetooth and then plug the iPhone to USB and move to iPod section. If I do that in the iPod section I can see the name of the song and the seconds running but I don't hear any sound.
