According to the dealer pics which they say are actual pics of the item they do have helper springs.

I like the STs because I can lower it a bit more tha the B-14s. I think the helper springs will help with the ride and I got them for less than $900.

Changed my mind about the bilsteins I ordered the ST's from Texas. I think they will be a good choice.

So the bilsteins on the corksport site are not height adjustable or dampening adjustable. I would like to know as I would like the quick height adjustment.
