Just thought I would post an update - when I switched off my new snow tires and went back to the stock Toyos, 1 wheel was out of balance and the other had a super high road force balance number, much worse than any of the snow tires they told me were "bad". Looks like the tires and balancing...

Well, I was at the dealer yesterday and they put my winter tires on a road force tire balancer and are telling me that 3 of the four tires are out of round. I had these on a 2010 VW Jetta TDI SW and never noticed any issues (they only have 1 winter and about 4,000 miles on them). Will look at...

My point is that I have had 2 complete sets of tires and rims on the car, (factory 17" aluminum rims and Toyos, and brand new Mazda steel rims and 16" snow tires) and it has vibrated in the same way at the same speeds with both sets of tires and rims. I find it hard to believe that this issue...

I saw that you had to get a new set of tires and rims, but I already have a new set of tires and rims on the car (brand new Mazda steel rims and winter tires), so it shouldn't have anything to do with those. I'm taking it in tomorrow so will keep this thread updated.

Just thought I'd post here that I am also experiencing a slight wheel vibration which is most noticeable at 60-65mph. Car has 100 miles on it and 17" tires. Just swapped to steel rims and 16" winter tires - vibration is exactly as it was before - not really any better or worse.
