I have the iPhone 4 with iOS 5 and I don't see anything like that when streaming music. Just says the same BT audio. Would be nice if it did show the info.
I had the same problem. The holder for the bulbs is too small for the housing of the original lights. They don't aim properly. I would be interested if anyone has found something that works.
Any ideas?
