It depends what the mistake was... usually the court will try to amend it unless they really want to let you off.. the judge gets to decide wether they can amend the ticket or not, at least thats the way it works here...

Just got my Mazda 3 a couple weeks ago (love it) I wouldn't have paid the $3g for the NAV system myself (I have a laptop +GPS that I use anyway :P) Could probably aftermarket a better system for less anyway if you really wanted to, as for side impact bags I probably would have got those had it...
