im about to buy a turbo kit and get the ms ecu..but theres no instructions..where can i find them? or should i just pay for someone to do the install?

how hard is it really to install a turbo on a non-turbo '02 protege? arent they all made to have turbos? and can i just get a small turbo kit off ebay? also are their any mods i should do on my engine before install? pleaase help!!
