I have a problem with the plastic and was wondering if its even worth having on their or is it a valuable? Its hanging by one bolt but drags on the ground still. I can not just bolt it back up, because its broke. What should I do? (bang)

Just painted the stock wheels red and thought I would post a few pictures.. They are very glossy in light but the pictures of them on the car were taken when it was cloudy out..I will post more when its sunny!
