would buying an air fuel controller override the stock ecu so that fuel cut does not occur and if so what's the best afc that works on our cars

i just got a Greddy BOV type-s welded on my intercooler piping and when i'm driving it when the rpms are going up and BOV goes off and i then put it in neutral stalls every time, i thought maybe since too much air was gettin' out that i'd tighten it and i did until it wouldn't open and it still...

i've got a 03.5 yellow speed proteg and i've already got an injen CAI, Apex 3" downpipe, and 3" cat-back, Greddy Type S BOV, and intercooler piping from turbo hoses. . . i was just wondering what other bolt ons or mods i could make to the car . . . thanks
