hey there....I have a 2009 Mazda 5 with 22k km on it and i noticed as of late a creeking noise when I go over a bump, etc. Any idea what this might be?

when I turn on the rear vents while the fronts are all set to blow warm air, all i get is cold air coming out of them. is that normal. are they only for cold air? am i doing something wrong?
