I have a 2003 mazdaspeed protege and just did engine swap to a new fs motor and sat in garage for 5 hours to find out that my ecu is no good anyone know where i can get one?

i have a 2003 msp and the engine only has like 25,000 miles i want to take out and build the motor but this is my only car so i was wondering if anyone knows if a mazda protege 2.0fs motor will fit in my mazda speed because i found a few cheap ones out there with more miles...so please let me...
