My low beams and fog lights don't work.......help?

My friend let me borrow his sigma 12-24 again and i didn't really get to use it much last time. sooo i went to take pix. I drove out in the country open roads..it felt nice and very..Texas like. haha. Saw a few other nice cars. An old Dodge Challenger...a Ford GT40...haha. -
