Where is the fuel pump relay located at?

Question im not to sure on this one. Does our fuel pump turn on when the car is being started or does it come on when you put the key in. Cause mine only comes on when I attempt to start it.

Hey So couple days ago i parked my car and the next morning I went to start it all it did was sputter for half a sec and just keeps turning over. Hasnt started since. It threw code (P0031 --HO2S Heater control circuit low bank 1 Sensor 1) Any ideas or help would be great thanks.

Hey i got off work today and was in 3rd gear getting on the highway and floored it and around 4200rpm my car bucked once then buck/hard jerk about 3times in a row before i let off the gas does anyone have any clue what thats about? im thinking Maf or wg there was no noise just a very hard...
