Found a speed3 set for 280....just wondering if they would fit my 05 3?(uhm)

So I just bought a used M3 and the previous owner spray painted the alloy rims over. It's starting to peel and looks like ass, is their any solvents I can use to remove the paint without damaging the clear coat underneath? *edit* It's actually a regular M3
