Should both the radiator fan and the condenser fan both come on when I turn on the A/C? or Should just the condenser fan always be on with the A/C? and the radiator fan only come on when the engine gets hot? I have consulted Mitchell on Demand, and cannot find the answer to this issue.

1994 Mazda MX6 LS V6 - Cooling fan w/AC on question. When I turn on the A/C, only the condensor fan comes on. I was told by an a/c repair shop that both fans should come on with the a/c. Both fans are brand new. All of the radiator cooling fan relays are new as well. I am trying to find out...
