Has anyone had problems with his/her dealer-installed remote start on a CX9? I have had this one fail 4 times, the last time the dealer supposedly replaced the brain. The initial brain, the dealer said, was losing the programming of the two remotes. I had an aftermarket one a couple of years...

Hi All, First off, hi to everyone. This is my first post here. On to business ... isn't the rear blower supposed to blow hot air when you have it in rear control and set to heat at the rear thermostat? The dealer tells me it will only blow through the vents at the bottom. I kinda remember...
