guys i believe this thing caused my battery to keep dying and the alt unable to recharge the battery is this a GROUND? if it is can i just undrill this stud or ground the alt somewhere else?

hey i dont know the exact name of the part but it is like a shield or guard right under by the bumper under the engine it protects debris from getting into the engine bay and if you remove it you can see through the bay down to the ground. If anyone has one please pm me thanks.

What do you guys think is the better choice for a 3rd gen. To turbo the 2.0 L or swap it out for a KLZE? How bad on gas is a turbocharger, would it consume same amount of gas as the klze because its trubo charged and the klze would be n/a?? which could i probably get more power from?
