From what I have read the oil seals in the K04 on our cars are prone to failure, and I think mine is toast. What are good replacement options? Does a K04 from a VW bolt on? Is it cheaper to just rebuild? My car is a 06 MS6 with 36k on it, Fujita CAI and a 3" DP.

I want to replace the factory DP with the CPE unit I bought...but the upstream O2 sensor is SEIZED in place. Anyone else have an issue like this? Anythoughts on where I can get a none 400+ dollar replacment?
