does any one know what type of spring i need to push 9 ibs of boost on a forge wga without useing a boost controler or if i need one to boost that much because i am only boosting 5 know

im boosting 9 to 10 psi all the time i dont know wy and it is on the stock t25 turbo on my 03.5 msp and today i was driveing and got on it a little and it went past 10 for some reasion can anyone help me i dont know wy its doing this i checked there is no vaccume leaks current mods su hot...
