i was washing my car today and i noticed i have these little black dots all over my car. they wouldnt come off even when i scrubbed real hard. Any ideas of what the could be. I did just go on a trip to the beach but still even if it was tough ass grime it would come off with a hard scrubbin...

I cant decide its too hard. I cant decide between the apex 2.5 inch catback with the a catless downpipe or the greddy catback with the same downpipe. Greddy is a little cheaper but apex has larger diameter. Help im orderin in like an hour
