i have a 89 323 im going to replace the cap, wires and roter but i dont know if i want to buy the same exact model or if i should upgrade? any help?

i have found out the firing order and changed the spark plugs so it starts but it still only runs on three pistons. I am going to replace the distributor cap and the plug wires but i dont know if it will help. Any sugestions?
