Hi, names john. My brother just bought a 2002 Protege5 with 49k on it for $12k out the door from a local dealer. Has a minor fraction of the warranty left, plus the add-on warranty the dealer gives. Did a lot of research before buying. we were comparing it to a 1999 Subaru Forester for $9450...
