Just curious has how do you guys/gals shift with your auto sport tranny? As for me I try to shift between 4k RPM and 5k RPM, with every gear. Am I hurting the tranny in anyway? Or is there a certain way to shift with the auto sport? Thanks

I went by this car shop yesterday and the guy said that in order for 7 inch monitors to fit the headrest he'll have to re-do the headrest. I don't want to redo the headrest, so my question is what are you guys using for the headrest tv? And what are some good brand name to buy from? Thanks
