Have the chance to buy ties and rims for my Mazda 5. Everything matches up to fit except the width of the rim which is 9 inches. The offset is 20mm. I dont mind the tires pushing out a bit further but I'm concerned what issues I could encounter(rubbing etc). I just want to bolt them on and go...

Would an 8 inch rim fit a 2007 Mazda 5? What would the offset have to be if it were to be an option as well. Everything I've seen says 7.5inches is the right width. Just wondering because I have a chance to get a rim and tire package. Thanks

I just joined and have a question about tires. I want to go up to 18 inch rims and know that the tire size I should run is 225/40. My question is could I run 225/45 and if so what would I have to be concerned about. I know the speedo would be off slightly and I'm ok with that. I'm trying to buy...
