HELP with anti-theft
I bought a used 1999 Mazda Protege 1-1/2 years ago that was from CA. I just found out that it has an anti-theft (engine kill) that kicked in when I reconnected the battery. The horn would blow so I took the fuse out & reconnected the battery but the light blinks & it will not start. No one...
