    is there a way to bypass the Bose digital amp and still use the factory head unit

    I have a 2013 cx-5 with the digital Bose amp. I am being told conflicting stories concerning upgrading the amp. I don't mind using the present head unit if I can somehow splice the speaker input wires and output wires from the Bose digital amp. I could then put in some type of amp or processor...

    anyone installed tweeters in their cx-5 ?

    I want to install tweeters in my cx-5 but because of the side air curtains I can't put them in the pillars...has anyone done this? I have changed out the dash speakers and both front and rear speakers and the sound is so much better but it is still lacking without the tweeters. thanks

    installed JBL GTO 329 speakers in the dash of my 2013 cx-5

    Bose should be ashamed of themselves for the terrible speakers they put in this vehicle. I installed 3.5" JBL's in the front dash. The old wiring was not marked so I checked the polarity and found that the portion of the white plug to the old Bose speakers with the black writing is the negative...
