Does anyone know how to disassemble an interior door handle? How do i knock that pin out?

I have this idea in my head to cut off my shifter and take out the OEM bushings and installing the torque solution shifter bushings instead do you think it would work out and make any difference or would it just be a bad chopped shifter?

OK, So i'v hit a bit of a wall with my 1.6L protege I dont know what to do next. So far i have a port and polished cylinder head, header, intake,exhaust, bigger throttle body. I also have brand new injectors I cant really remember the size of them tho does anyone know the sizes?,a new spec stage...
