Well last tues. there was a huge hail storm and i was driving back from the mall. The hail were golf ball size and the whole top of my car is dented pretty badly. Should i call my insurance to fix it? Or should i try and find a shop around town that does it? The only problem is, I am 17 yrs old...

I am getting tinted windows in about 3 weeks and how dark should I go with them. I was going to go with 27% but thats too light for my taste. How dark can I go that I can still see out of my windows at night, but nobody can really see the inside of my car in the day? (eyeballs)
