Does anyone have a throttle body, air idle control valve, egr valve for sale for a 03 msp and can any of these parts work from a non turbo protege

My Protege idles real hard and can't stay on. I changed the spark plugs and wires and cleaned thee maf sensor and I was told I need a new air idle control valve so I bought a used air idle control valve and it wouldn't even stay on for a second but with my old air idle control valve it stays on...
