I was wonderinf if anyone seen a kit to replace factory radio for aftermarket and where?

when its cold in the morning and i strat up my car tire pressure sensor gage comes on but as soon as car warms up it goes off. And during the day its all good. I had same problem before when i got it if its wet light is on but it went away by itself. Any1 else got that problem or its just me?
