if someone said heres $30k, i wouldn't be looking at a msp. as much as i battle my father about imports>american muscle, i cant deny that a v8 makes sexy sounds and high hp is easily bolted right on. the 6.0 GTO or g8 gxp with a sts twin turbo kit is amazing. corvettes can be had for under 30k...
i would. i like having cars that are different. how many civic's, 350z's, mustangs, evo's do you see rolling around? THOUSANDS. msp's? not to many. yea the car can be a pain when modded, but what isnt? if i were to ever get another, id keep it stock looking, but it would have a bulletproof motor...
about $6k. pretty good considering i put p5 wheels on, took out the msp stereo system, hid's, and boost controller. a/c compressor was shot, heatercore was gone, and there was some front bumper damage from being lowered...
^LOL. dude dont part it out. sell it as a whole so you dont deal with the hassle...i could see if it was a total loss but let someone else pick it up and let the car live...sorry if i just shot down a few vultures....
thanks guys, i passed on the deal. i assume he sold it already because i see some kid beating the crap out of it. thanks for the info though. i didn't know the na/tII parts weren't swappable without some work. good to know when i do find a TII in decent condition....soon though, i sold my msp so...
i tried that, fixed all the mounts, ordered a fmic, and was about to order a manifold. but my a/c was going to cost an arm and leg to fix, so i opted for the suv, which in time will be my wives and ill get a new "sports" car....plus all the body mods i did to the msp, i kind of grew out of them.
