+1 with this comment, less than 5 or so secs, more like 3 secs to me, and the car will resume on it's on, if not, press either the gas or RESUME button.

this happened to my previous car, i was LIVID to say the least, i thought maybe someone threw some bird seeds on my car, I checked my dashcam, and it was just a freak accident with birds migrating and i happened to park near a puddle of water...never again! haha

great news...after this i would get myself some PPF or autoflex spray shield if you can find a good installer.
