Hi Everyone,
I've been trying to troubleshoot my 2019 CX9 @47k miles the whole day today. Just little history I had my Fortin Evo-One with T-harness installed myself last March and changed the car battery shortly after.
So the story began yesterday I went to do the NYS annual inspection and to...
Left the battery disconnected for an hour didn't work. Both keyfobs didn't work but car started fine by placing the keyfob next to the push button and drove fine despite the warnings. Went to AutoZone for a battery test and battery is in good condition since I just changed it last year. I was...
So I was disconnecting my Fortin Evo one from my cx9 because I think it's causing my car to fail the emission test. I forgot to disconnect the battery before disconnecting the ignition wires and now it's giving me keyless fob malfunction and AFS malfunction.
I've disconnected the battery now...
NY folks, anyone had issue with Fortin and failing the emission inspection?
I installed the Fortin about 10 months ago. Today I remote started it as usual and drove for about 2 hours. Went to an auto shop for annual state inspection and failed the emission test.
The result says

I agree usually it's a bad gamble on the extended warranty on Japanese cars. But in this case the growing coolant leak issue on the 2.5T is concerning.
Do you mind to share your extended warranty details? How much did you pay and from which dealership? I'm also looking for the same for my CX-9. Asked around few dealers now and they don't even respond.
Thanks, my coolant do disappear since the car was new. I usually top off to the full mark when oil change/car wash and usually it would be down to the middle between full and low by 5000 miles. I raised the issue with dealership before but they were no help.
I'm seriously considering but reading from the website I'm no longer qualify as my car is now at 46k miles with my 2019 Sig. I emailed Mazda USA and they told me to contact Mazda Financial or dealership.
Just did my oil change couple days ago but wasn't sure where exactly to look for possible...
Any guides to help spot the leak other than going to the dealer?
If I go under the car where should I look for possible leak?
Changing my oil in a month or so. Gonna take a good look at it.
