Just played with both Carplay and Android Auto today on my 2019 CX9.
The Carplay is simply a much better implementation. First you can use touch screen when stopped in Carplay which helps a lot on address or name entry.
Second you can sort of control carplay with the iphone. Like you can still...

Mine came with the Falken. The car comes with warranty booklet for Yokohama and Bridgestone as well so I guess those are available too.
Once the Falken wears out I'm going to change it to a set of Conti DWS.
thanks! while I don't expect it to drive like a small BMW sedan I just compare to it as it was my last car. the cx9 probably drives the best or almost in it's class. there are few minor things they could improve on. with the great value and overall package I'm pretty satisfied with it.
Just picked up the CX-9 this afternoon.
Here's a short impression coming from BMW 340i RWD M Sport.
Everything is as expected from my research and a long list below.

310lb-ft torque moves the car like a sedan off the line.
Steering not as direct / doesn't feel as good...
I'm picking up my 2019 Sig on Friday but I haven't seen the 360 camera quality yet. I see a lot of complaints but just how bad is it?
I'm driving a 2016 BMW 340i the camera resolution isn't the best. I drove my friend's new 2018 X3 m40i which has IMO one of the best 360 camera system. I also...
i'm thinking like 5 snowboards plus some boots and stuff maybe? since the cargo space is limited with 3rd row seat up, things need to be moved to the top.
I just learned that the mirrors are not linked to the memory seat settings. That's very disappointing as I share the car with my wife. It's gonna suck to have to adjust mirrors every time you get in the car. We got spoiled that our current car has the mirrors linked to memory setting. I hope...
Anyone have this box on their CX-9? I tried to search the forum but nothing came up.
I saw someone with the XL and it barely fits with the front lock adjusted all the way forward with the OEM crossbar.
It would be great if anyone has a side profile photo with the XXL or XL. I just want to see...
That's pretty good $4k off MSRP. I checked my local inventory there aren't any Signature trim available anywhere yet. Hopefully the stock will show up in a month or two.
