Ouch...although any damage sucks, you seemed to have gotten away pretty lucky as the damage is hard to see.
Some black touch up paint will make that pretty much disappear for anyone who doesn't know it's there!
That grey CX60 is very very nice.
The off-road version of the CX-90 is more likely than I think you are giving the idea credit for. New bumpers are a given, so why not style them more rugged and market it like they did/are doing for the CX50 and go after that market?
Very. New platform (RWD), different size class, CX-5 is previous design language, current CX5 is not a hybrid in the NA Market while the the CX-70 will be...only thing similar will be the M badge on the front and rear. Apples to Oranges comparison.
As long as the panels aren't rubbing together, I don't think you have an issue.
I've noticed on my rig that the gaps between the hatch on the driver's and passenger sides are quite different.
I am starting to think the CX70 is going to me more soft-road/adventure type of vehicle (similar to the Honda Passport versus Pilot).
The wording in the release mentions life's adventures...
Most of the Mazda vehicles are the same. It's just a few screws.
This should help. Just skip to the part where they talk about the screws underneath the column so you can separate the top and bottom pieces of the column.

Here's another...
They are quite easy to replace and I bet you could find a used one at a salvage yard pretty easy. Also, a new one may not be that expensive as well.
It does sound cracky!
Your OCV doesn't look too bad, however, it could be due to the dust making it look dry.
OCV oil seepage seems to be a SkyActiv engine feature. When I've had this diagnosed by my local Mazda dealer, they blame the seepage on a hardened rubber gasket.
There are a few threads on this issue on this...
I don't think this is the actual vehicle as the proportions look very odd.
This vehicle doesn't seem to have side mirrors, either, so there's that, too.
Wow. That’s impressive. Good for him for setting the record straight and flexing his professional network while at it.
I was hoping that was a cx70 tucked away in behind but it seems it’s a cx90 he was talking about at the end.
Wow. Hate to sound so negative but that man has no idea what he’s talking about for most of that review. He thinks the cx50 is on the same platform as a Corolla Cross.
Oof.
