Bought a mishimoto rad/shroud from a fellow user on here but not sure how to install the driver side fan as the stock has the connector on it but the new one only has the wires sticking out
I honestly don't feel the difference between putting the lowest octane or the highest. Maybe fuel economy but the zip that was gained from the ecu mod is noticeable from stock.
Maybe yours doesn't have one. Previous owner might've lost it. It inserts by pinching it onto the bottom white piece maybe yours just lays there? Fasten the bottom bolt first tho the one that goes thru the control rod on the bottom of the car so it doesn't flop around.
It can be fixed dude don't stress it happened to me as well. I just remember the bottom white piece locks into place with the metal ring that you compressed to take it out. I remember you can't take it out the shifter otherwise.
there's two white pieces? I don't remember but the c clip should hold it from falling down like that. Secure the bottom part first so it's easier to work with.
Did the cabin air filter mod. Lining up that second one inside was a little frustrating but with some maneuvering I got that sucker on there. I didn't even have a filter in there and my heater core is filthy.
I just think it makes no sense to try and grind one side or drill if you can just cut thru the bolt itself and give you room to push out the bolt from both sides. You risk damaging it or in my case bend it a little in which i had to use a rubber mallet to straighten it out because it would no...
i'd check rockauto fairly cheap, I need to do my passenger side one. I feel like they do, the one difference is between manual and automatic transmission.
Installed the corksport 3rd link bushings, was not fun. The grinding and drilling method made it soo difficult. Best way imo, was to saw the bolt on the thicker bolt head just inside to avoid that yoke problem. Did notice significant reduction if not complete lack of play when engaged in any gear.
